Methi Chappathi

Ingredients

  • DH Chakki Fresh Atta – 2 cups
  • DH Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • DH Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
  • Fresh Methi leaves (uluva cheera) – 1 cup
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
Knead all the ingredients into smooth dough using lukewarm water. Roll into chappathis and cook on a hot griddle/ non-stick pan. You can smear a bit of ghee or oil on the chappathis when cooking. Serve hot with set curd and pickle.
