Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop Yearly Buying Plan, Reviewing the same quarterly, executing the same daily
  • Working Capital Improvement with robust plans and team direction
  • Working with the top management to professionalize the organization in terms of     processes
  • Ensure Category Development plans in line with yearly budget
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies to ensure maximization of profits and improvement in working capital
  • Deliver Bottom Line as per targets in coordination with other departments by great buys and trimming excesses
  • Availability to be ensured for ensuring there is no opportunity loss
  • Working closely with other departments to develop cost effective and process oriented strategies
  • Working as a catalyst of change to ensure that the organization progresses to the next level
  • MIS presentation to management as when required
  • Ensuring Team Purchase delvers the highest values and results by a nonnegotiable system of monitoring, correcting and delivering
