Area Sales Manager (PAN India)
Responsible for the overall sales performance of a region or team, Area Sales Managers both perform sales duties themselves and lead teams of salespeople to achieve sales goals. This includes everything from setting sales goals to training and supporting teams in order to help them achieve those goals.
o Incharge of a Territory with a Group of Distributors & Sales Team.
o Identified Un service Markets & Outlets.
o Rearrange the routes enable to cover 100% Markets / Outlets.
o Fix Monthly / weekly Target to TSE ,based on his Market potential and monitor the same by giving Proper Input on time.
o Plan ECD every month by Market and ensure achieve the Same.
o Ensure Sufficient Continuous Stock with the Distributors.
o Follow up with Distributors for Prompt Payment & effective Delivery.
o Plan and implement the work of all Promoters & Merchandisers in the Territory
o Effective Utilization of POSM at Target outlets.
o Negotiate Visibility at Target Premium Outlets and implement the same.
o Ensure OTJ to all subordinates.
o Ensure Daily Gate Meeting at Morning & Evaluation Meeting at evening with ASEs, Promoters
o Monitor Competition Activities and feedback to RSM.
o Have regular Visit to all Distributors and Premium Customers minimum Once in a month.
o Ensure 100% Market Outstanding cleared with in Tgt date.
o Give Day to Day feedback ( 2 way )to RSM & ASE
o Achieve KPI Target every month.

Experience- 6 plus years relevant experience in FMCG food Industry
