Present Sales MIS Reports and Realistic Forecasts to the Management Team. Co-coordinating with Cross-functional Teams in Getting the Required Data Understanding Reporting Requirement and Preparation Reports.

Job Description

Key responsibilities 

 

  • Create and maintain the existing management information system reports (MIS). 
  • Create reports which combine data from multiple data sources 
  • Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Work with Management and Subject Matter Experts to help define new reporting requirements. 
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders to clearly identify parameters and resulting data. 
  • Participate in evaluating future reporting tools. 
  • Prepare Informative Reports By Collecting, Analyzing, and Summarizing Insightful Information.
Key Skills 

 

  • Working Knowledge of finance metrics and of Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting. 
  • Excellent Knowledge in Ms. Excel ( Advanced Excel (v-lookup, H-lookup, Distinct, Sort, Advanced Charts, Count If, Macros and Pivot, etc.) 
  • Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize Task(s) in a High Volume, High-Stress Environment. 
  • Ability to Be Proactive, Detail Oriented, and Organized, with Good Follow-up Skills.
