Job Description
Responsibilities :-
- Determine long and short term sales goals
- Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs
- Oversee sales and special promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues
- Handling sales and Responsible for the sales growth
- Identifying and appointing distributors
- Key personnel in driving month on month sales plan
- Strategies and accelerate coverage in retail outlets
- Hiring the field sales team
- Provide required training for effective execution in the market
- Execution of campaigns in the market with the field team
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
