Method of Preparation:
1.Cook Toor dhal 100g in pressure cooker.
2. Add vegetables and salt to the cooked dhal and heat till the vegetables are half done. Add quartered tomato, ladies finger and tamarind water and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add Double Horse Brahmin Sambar powder and just boil. Season with cracked mustard, red chilli and curry leaves in coconut oil. Garnish with coriander leaves.
