Double Horse Chakki Fresh Atta is prepared from selected Raw material of Whole wheat.This product is suitable for preparing Chappathi, Poori ,Dosa etc
1. Chapathi: Add required lukewarm water, salt and 1tsp oil to Double Horse Chakki Fresh Atta and prepare the dough. Keep aside for 10-15 mins (Optional, if kept long, chapathi will be softer). Make balls and roll them. Cook it on a hot tava with or without oil and serve hot with curry.
2. Wheat Dosa: Mix required water, salt and Atta and mix it in a lump-free loose consistency. Keep aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes make wheat dosa and serve with chutney.
3. Aloo Paratha: Prepare the chapathi dough as mentioned above. Boil potatoes and mash them thoroughly. Add required garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, carom(ajwain) seeds, fennel powder and coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly and make small balls out of them. Roll the chapathi dough to the size of poori. Keep the potato ball inside, bring the sides up and roll it. Cook both sides on hot tava with oil/ghee and serve hot with raita.
