Double Horse Ribbon Ada 200g Method of Preparation :
1. Break Double Horse Rice Ribbon Ada 200g and cook Gll done. Strain the water and wash under
cold water and keep aside. 2. Extract 1 cup of thick coconut milk and 4-5 cups of second milk
from 2 coconuts and keep aside. Boil second extract milk and add cooked ada. Boil it for 10-15
mins.
Make a thick syrup by boiling Jaggery(500g) with 1 glass(200ml ) of water and remove the
impuriGes from it. 3. Add jaggery syrup and cook on high flame for 5-10 mins. Now add thick
milk and switch off the flame. Fry cashews, raisins in 1 tbsp. ghee and add it to the payasam. Hot &
Yummy Ada Pradhaman is ready to serve.
Take Double Horse Rice Ada 200 g. Strain and wash it in cold running water. In a wide mouth thick
bo4omed vessel (preferably Uruli or Pressure cooker) cook the Ada in second coconut milk. When
Ada is cooked properly add Double Horse Jaggery powder (400g) and the first extract of Coconut
milk. Meanwhile, fry some cashew nuts and raisins in 1 tbsp. of ghee. Cook Gll desired consistency
Add fried cashew, raisins and cardamom powder (1 tbsp.). Delicious Rice Ada Pradhaman is ready
to serve.
