Sweetened Palappam
Ingredients
- DH Instant Palappam Mix
- Jaggery or Palm Sugar – 1 cup (melted)
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Coconut chunks – ¼ cup (fried in ghee)
Prepare Palappam batter as per the instructions on the packet. When ready, add the sweet syrup, cardamom powder and coconut chunks. Mix well and make small palappams.
