Prepare the ragi and corn puttu mix (separately) by adding salt and warm water. Into a puttu funnel, add one tablespoon of grated coconut, ragi puttu mix and corn puttu mix randomly. Layer with coconut and repeat till the puttu funnel is full. Steam cook till done. You can try the same with other Double Horse Puttu powders.
