Neypathiri
Ingredients
- DH Rice Powder (pathiri / idiyappam podi) – 1 cup
- Maida – 1/2 cup
- Thick coconut milk – 1½ cups
- DH Jeera – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar – ¼ tsp
Heat the coconut oil with sugar, salt and jeera. Add the powders, mix well and knead into a smooth dough. Roll into thick discs and fry in oil. Serve hot.
