Neypathiri

Ingredients

  • DH Rice Powder (pathiri / idiyappam podi) – 1 cup
  • Maida – 1/2 cup
  • Thick coconut milk – 1½ cups
  • DH Jeera – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sugar – ¼ tsp
Heat the coconut oil with sugar, salt and jeera. Add the powders, mix well and knead into a smooth dough. Roll into thick discs and fry in oil. Serve hot.
