Avalose Unda


  • DH Avalose Podi – 2 cups
  • Jaggery – as required
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  • Dry ginger (chukku) powder – ¼ tsp
Melt jaggery with a little bit of water. Strain if required. Add cardamom and dry ginger powder. Add avalose podi. Mix well and roll into balls.
