Egg Dosa
Ingredients
- DH Instant Dosa / Idli Mix
- DH Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Egg – 4 (whisk the egg with salt and pepper like for omelette)
- Curry leaves – 3 sprigs (chopped)
- DH Dosa / Idli Chutney Powder – as required
- Oil – as required
Prepare dosa mix as per the instructions on the packet. Add salt and asafoetida to the batter. Oil the griddle (on medium flame) and pour a ladle of the batter. As soon as the dosa is half cooked, pour some egg mixture. Sprinkle a few curry leaves. Pour a few drops of oil on the sides, close with a lid and cook on low flame. Sprinkle some chutney powder on the top and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
