Lace Appam


  • DH Rice Powder (Pathiri / Idiyappam Podi) – 1 cup
  • Fresh grated coconut – ¼ cup
  • DH Jeera – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
Mix all the ingredients with water to make a smooth, runny batter. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of batter and swirl the pan quickly. Close the pan with a lid and wait for a minute. Remove the appam slowly and gently. Serve hot with stew or curry.
