  • DH White Puttu Podi – ½ cup
  • DH Samba Puttu Podi – ½ cup
  • Grated coconut – ½ cup
  • Jaggery – as required
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
Prepare puttu podi using warm water and salt. Mix coconut, jaggery and cinnamon powder. Place one layer of this mix in the puttu maker. Add a layer of white puttu mix. Layer again with the coconut mixture. Add a layer of samba puttu mix. Add the coconut mix and steam till done. Serve hot with ripe banana slices.
