- DH Chakki Fresh Atta – 2 cups
- DH Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- DH Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
- Fresh Methi leaves (uluva cheera) – 1 cup
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough using lukewarm water. Roll into chappathis and cook on a hot griddle/ non-stick pan. You can smear a bit of ghee or oil on the chappathis when cooking. Serve hot with set curd and pickle.
