Mushroom Paneer Curry
Ingredients
- DH Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- DH Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- DH Coriander Powder – 1½ tsp
- DH Vegetable Masala – 1½ tsp
- DH Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Onion – 2 (chopped)
- Tomato- 2 (chopped)
- Mushroom (cleaned) – 1 cup
- Paneer – 1 cup
- Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs (chopped)
- Cinnamon stick – 1 small piece
- Bay leaf – 1
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Heat oil in a pan. Add the cinnamon stick, bay leaf, onion slices, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Sauté well. Add paneer and stir-fry for a minute. Add mushroom, sauté well and add a cup of water, along with salt. Add in the chopped coriander leaves and cook uncovered, till the oil rises to the surface. Serve hot.
