- DH Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
- DH Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- DH Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

Mix rice flour and jeera. Boil water with salt. Add the required amount to the rice flour and mix with the back of a spoon. Knead into a smooth dough and make tiny balls out of it. Steam-cook these rice balls and keep them aside to cool. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. Sauté well. Add all the dry masalas and mix well. Add the mutton pieces, salt and fry for a minute. Pour one cup of water and pressure cook till the meat is cooked. Add more boiling water if the gravy is too thick. Remove the lid, reduce the flame to a minimum and add the rice balls. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
