Onion Coriander Podi Dosa
- DH Instant Dosa/Idli Mix
- DH Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- DH Dosa/ Idli Chutney Powder – as required
- Onion – 2 (sliced)
- Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs (chopped)
- Dry red chilli flakes – as required
- Ghee and oil mix – as required.
Prepare dosa mix as per the instructions on the packet. Add salt and asafoetida to the batter. Oil the griddle (on medium flame) and pour a ladle of the batter. As soon as the dosa starts cooking, spread finely chopped onions, coriander leaves on it evenly. Pour some oil mixed with ghee on the sides. Sprinkle generous amounts of chutney powder and a pinch of red chilli flakes. Close and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
