Prawns Achar Masala Fry


  • Prawns – ½ kg (deveined)
  • DH Achar Masala – 3 tbsp
  • DH Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
  • Shallots – 8 (sliced)
  • Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coconut oil – for frying
Mix all the ingredients with one spoon of coconut oil. Set aside for 2 hours. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry till cooked. Serve hot with rice.
