Soya Cutlets


  • DH Soya Chunks – 1 cup
  • Onion – 1 (chopped)
  • DH Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • DH Pepper Powder – 2 tsp
  • DH Meat Masala – 2 tsp
  • DH Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Potato – 1 (boiled and mashed)
  • Coriander leaves – 1 sprig
  • Salt – to taste
  • Breadcrumbs – to coat the cutlet
  • Egg – 1 (whisked with salt and pepper)
  • Oil- for frying
Boil the soya chunks in salted water, drain and squeeze out the water. Shred the soya chunks in a mixer. Heat some oil in a pan. Sauté onions, salt, ginger- garlic paste and dry masala powders. Add the shredded soya chunks and sauté well. Add the mashed potato and mix well. Roll into cutlets, dip in whisked egg, coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry till deep brown. Serve hot with salad and ketchup.
