Sugar – 15 tbps
Salt – ½ tsp
Lukewarm Water – 3 Cup (600 ml approx)
Double Horse Vattayappam Mix – 500g

Mix 15 tbsp Sugar, ½ tsp Salt, 3 Cups (600 ml approx.), lukewarm water and 500g Double Horse Vattayappam Mix in a mixer for 1 minute to make a lump-free batter and keep aside. After 1-hour delicious Vattayappam can be prepared.
